Pressure can be adjusted to you and it aims to relax the whole body, promote good circulation or blood and lymph around the body and the use of oil is benefical for the skin.

Indian Head Massage

Often tension in the upper back, neck and head can lead to migraines, headaches and back pain which can make for uncomfortable living on a day to day basis
During an Indian Head Massage pressure is applied to points in the upper back, arms and shoulders that will release muscles and knots. They will then move to the neck and head to reduce headache-causing blockages and encourage better circulation.
It can stimulate and improve lymphatic drainage and blood flow to the neck thus helping to remove waste products from the body.
This treatment promises to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
The treatment can be used with or without oil depending on preference.

Ayruvedic Walking Massage

Ayurvedic walking massage is a unique and highly effective full body massage based on traditional ayurvedic knowledge (the traditional Indian medicine system). The massage works with body and bone alignment as well as pressure points and meridians/nadis (energy pathways).
By activating these points and energy pathways, you are releasing blockages and letting the prana/chi (your primordial life force) flow through your body. This way, all your systems are activated and balanced, and there is no tension in the body or mind.
You will receive the massage lying on a mat on the floor. Gentle pressure is applied using the feet along the legs, back and arms, hands and feet to apply controlled pressure at specific points and areas of your body.
You will be fully dressed during the massage.
This is an energizing and relaxing massage.

You can choose from pregnancy massage, reflexology or a combination of both treatments.

Reflexology is especially very helpful through pregnancy to help the adapting body feel more comfortable white regulating through the nervous and endocrine system to balance the hormones related to the pregnancy.
