About

Orginally from Ravensdale, Dundalk in Ireland I grew up in the beautiful countryside that I have now returned to.

I’ve always had a fascination with the human body how it works and how what we put into our body and how we treat our bodies is a direct expression of how we feel in our skins. I studied Nutrition for 4 years and then set off to see the world, albeit for just one year but the wind took hold of me, carried me, and whisked me through mountains, deserts and golden shores for 7 years.

I started to practice yoga while travelling as i found it gave me a sense of stability and familiarity no matter where I was and it was the moments of solace and complete serenity that then became my home wherever I was.

My passion for yoga and the joys it’s brings then brought me to India to further my own personal development  and complete my teacher training.  I first did my 200hr in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at Kranti Yoga Goa and then another 200hr in Tantric Hatha Yoga at Shri Kali Ashram. These two schools of yoga have a very different approach to attain the same goal,  and I like to incorporate both aspects in every class I teach.
